Requirements:

• 15+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years as a technical leader for multiple teams.
• 2+ years managing architecture for teams of 35+ engineers.
• Experience with cloud-based business-critical systems.
• Proficiency in multiple technology stacks (e.g., Go, PHP, Java, RoR, Python).
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
