Requirements:

12–17 years of software engineering experience, with a focus on Staff+ or Principal-level technical scope.
Proven experience in building and operating high-scale, data-intensive software products or distributed systems.

Deep expertise in distributed systems, backend architecture, and performance engineering.
Strong understanding of scalability, fault tolerance, and system performance trade-offs.
