Description:

  • Lead the architectural design of complex backend and distributed systems, ensuring deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Act as a technical anchor for the team, taking projects from inception to launch with minimal oversight.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in Python.
  • Expert-level knowledge of backend architecture, API design, and system design patterns, including microservices and serverless.
  • Familiarity with agent development and GenAI productivity tools.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
