Remote Principal Software Engineer, Docker Agents (London)

Description:

• Join Docker’s AI engineering team as a Principal Software Engineer to build containerized AI agents.
• Work on the open-source Docker Agent project to enable developers to build, deploy, and scale intelligent agents using Docker technology.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency in Go and practical experience with AI/ML, particularly with large language models and agent development patterns.
• Proven ability to design scalable, distributed systems and deep understanding of Docker and container orchestration.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience with operational excellence in high-availability production systems.
