Description:

  • Seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join the SaaS team at Resource Innovations.
  • Responsible for shaping the architecture of an enterprise software platform for energy organizations.
  • Role involves partnering with engineers and product leaders to modernize a complex platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of software engineering experience with complex enterprise applications.
  • Proven experience in technical leadership roles (Principal, Staff, Architect).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; working knowledge of Python.
  • Strong experience with AWS, cloud-native design, CI/CD, and microservices.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $195,000, with potential for annual bonus.
