Description:
- Lead high-impact projects for Marqeta's Core Issuing & Processing team from inception to completion.
- Optimize issuing and processing engines, own the technical roadmap, and drive engineering excellence.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Experience with microservices, cloud technologies (preferably AWS), and high volume/low latency data infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of security engineering best practices.
- Proficient in Java, Springboot, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Kafka, JPOS, and AWS services.
- Team-oriented with experience in leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally.
