Description:

  • Join ServiceNow as a Principal Software Engineer to architect and build AI-native products for IT service and operation management applications.
  • Work within the Service Operations Business Unit to enhance enterprise service delivery through scalable, intelligent software solutions.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of engineering experience with a focus on large-scale distributed systems and enterprise platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or similar programming languages, with a deep understanding of system design principles.
  • Proven ability to influence architecture and translate product strategy into engineering plans.
  • Experience with AI-powered products and enterprise service management is preferred.
