Description:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of thermal engineers to drive the adoption of Vinci’s platform among top engineering organizations in Europe.
• Act as trusted technical advisors to help enterprise customers validate and optimize complex designs, showcasing Vinci's value in thermal performance and product reliability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in thermal management and cooling solutions, with expertise in commercial simulation software (e.g., Flotherm, Ansys Icepak).
• Familiarity with semiconductor electronics packaging and advanced packaging technologies.
• Strong customer engagement skills with prior experience in customer-facing roles.
• Practical programming experience in Python or C++ for workflow automation.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and drive execution across teams.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
