  • Seeking a Prompting & AI Agent Research Engineer to advance AI for Mia, an AI voice agent for healthcare providers.
  • Role involves designing experiments, staying updated on research, and turning ideas into testable solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in prompting, AI research, or applied AI roles.
  • Advanced degree in a research-oriented field (PhD preferred).
  • Experience in prompt engineering and experimental design fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and understanding of AI system behavior.
  • Strong written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Benefits:

  • Base salary: $180,000 - $230,000.
