Description:

  • Lead QA Engineering efforts to ensure high-quality software delivery through effective test planning, execution, and automation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior QA engineers to improve testing practices and product quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of QA experience with a focus on functional and automated testing, including 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright) and Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong communication skills in English and experience with both frontend and backend testing.
