Description:

Lead the QA team to ensure high-quality AI agent performance for enterprise clients.
Audit transcripts and bot performance, identifying issues and documenting findings for engineering.
Engage with clients on QA and audit calls, reconciling findings and supporting client relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years in QA, operations, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or financial services.
Experience leading or mentoring a QA team, with strong data analysis skills.
Excellent written and spoken English, with a focus on clear communication.
Availability for US business hours (ET/CT) with a late-afternoon IST schedule.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
