Description:

Lead and manage a QA team to ensure quality and integrity of data and reporting processes.
Develop and implement QA strategies, oversee test plans, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of QA experience, with 4+ years in a lead role.
5+ years of experience with data testing, reporting systems, and ETL processes.
Strong experience with Tableau/Power BI, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory.
Familiarity with Python, REST API testing tools, and Git/Azure DevOps.
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and data quality frameworks is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
