Remote Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Engineer

Description:

• Northramp is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Engineer to support secure, reliable, and accessible software solutions in a federal environment.
• The role involves leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automated testing solutions across cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate with various teams in a SAFe or similar Agile delivery environment to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages for test automation (Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Katalon, JMeter, Axe by Deque, Postman).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration using tools like Harness or GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and shift-left testing practices.
• Experience in federal compliance environments (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST standards).
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust or higher security clearance.
