Description:

Prolific is seeking an AI Research Engineer to partner with AI labs and enterprise customers on evaluation and data collection projects.
The role involves advising on methodology, designing frameworks, and delivering research engagements to improve AI systems through high-quality human data.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in AI/ML research, research engineering, or applied ML.
Strong knowledge of LLM evaluation methodologies, data collection design, and human feedback approaches.
Experience in designing AI-assisted workflows and a track record of executing research projects with clear outcomes.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders; customer-facing experience is a plus.
Must be based in the US, Canada, or Mexico, or able to work US timezone hours.
