Description:

• Role: AI Agent Engineer (AIAE) at Moveworks, focusing on strategic implementations and partnerships.
• Responsible for technical delivery of the Moveworks platform, collaborating with Implementation Managers and partners to meet customer needs.
• Engage directly with customers, translating business challenges into AI solutions, with full-stack ownership of technical success.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant).
• Proven track record with mid-to-large enterprise customers in technical adoption.
• Experience with full-stack workflows using REST APIs, iPaaS tools, or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).
• Strong project leadership and coordination skills across departments.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Ability to work across multiple business functions and technical domains.
