Description:

Own and evolve the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) layer and agentic AI capabilities.
Design, build, and optimize systems connecting large language models to high-quality data for intelligent actions in workflows.
Collaborate with leadership to identify and deliver agentic AI use cases and shape the AI roadmap.

Requirements:

Experience building or maintaining RAG systems in production environments.
Knowledge of hybrid search, evaluation frameworks, and integration with enterprise tools (CRM, ERP).
Strong knowledge of search technologies (Azure AI Search, Elasticsearch).
Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.
Ability to translate business problems into AI system designs and balance experimentation with reliability.
Must have the right to work in the USA without restrictions.
