Description:

  • Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Transform business and marketing requirements into technical solutions to enhance customer interaction and conversion.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Extensions, AMPscript, SQL, and Automation Studio.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and integrating platforms via APIs.
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • For Personalization Consultant: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization and Interaction Studio, behavioral data, and customer profiles.
