Description:

Lead QA activities for Salesforce projects, including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and end-to-end test scenarios based on project scope and requirements.
Coordinate functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and UAT testing.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and other QA teams.
Ensure appropriate testing coverage across Salesforce, APIs, integrations, data flows, and impacted systems.
Identify testing risks, gaps, and dependencies early and drive them to resolution.
Coordinate test data, environments, and execution across participating teams.
Lead defect triage and provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks, and release readiness.
Identify opportunities to improve regression coverage and introduce test automation where appropriate.

Requirements:

5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce QA/testing experience.
Proven experience leading QA activities for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Lightning, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud.
Strong experience with functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
Experience testing APIs, integrations, and data flows between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective test scenarios.
Experience with test and defect management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
Experience with test automation for Salesforce or enterprise applications is an asset.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership and drive testing activities independently.
