Remote Senior QA Engineer

Description:

• Support the Development team through manual and automated QA testing of enhanced software using AI-augmented practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Experience to solve complex technical problems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manual and automated QA testing of web applications.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and experience with Playwright or similar frameworks (Cypress, Selenium).
• Practical experience with AI coding assistants and agentic tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
• Understanding of spec-driven development methodologies and non-deterministic testing approaches.
• Experience designing evaluation datasets and metrics for AI-powered features.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior QA Analysts.
• Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field and 5+ years of experience, or equivalent job experience.
