6+ years in application/software development and 4+ years with Salesforce in a development role.
Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern coding languages (Python, Java, C#).
Experience with Salesforce technologies (Flows, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce) and front-end web development (HTML/CSS).
Strong communication skills and experience with source control, CI/CD solutions, and DevOps principles.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
