Description:

Drive technical excellence by leading project execution and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.

Requirements:

5 to 8+ years of professional software development experience in fast-paced startups or tech enterprises.
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Go (Golang), with experience in building high-performance APIs and multi-threaded systems.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, database ecosystems (PostgreSQL), and architectural patterns (RESTful APIs, gRPC).
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
