Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Familiarity with modern security tools (SAST, SCA, dependency scanning, secret scanning).
Effective collaboration skills with engineers to communicate trade-offs and implement secure changes.
