Description:

Join Voltus as a Security Engineer to support the transition to clean energy by enhancing security for internal and external platforms.
Split responsibilities between technical engineering (60%) and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) (40%).

Requirements:

4–7 years of security engineering experience, preferably in a SaaS or remote-first environment.
Proficiency in AWS security (IAM, KMS, VPC, CloudTrail, GuardDuty) and experience with SOC 2 Type 2 audits.
Software development skills in Go or Python, and familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform and Docker.
Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR.
Strong risk awareness and decision-making skills; security certifications (CISSP, AWS Security Specialty, GIAC) are a plus.

Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 annually, with a 10% bonus and equity options.
