Description:

  • Build a client Copilot agent from scratch and secure it correctly.
  • Connect the agent to business systems and troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Train client staff and deliver AI governance workshops.
  • Become Elevate's AI practice lead.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT or technical roles with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, automation, or related technologies.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Copilot tools.
  • Understanding of AI security, data leakage risks, and experience with Microsoft Purview.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
  • Ability to connect agents to business systems using APIs and Power Automate.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
