Description:

• Phaidra is focused on building AI-powered control systems for industrial automation, enabling facilities to learn and improve over time.
• The Senior AI Controls Solutions Engineer will operationalize and scale solutions for enterprise data center customers, working closely with Technical Program Managers and Data Scientists.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience as a controls engineer or programmer, with expertise in Power Distribution Systems in Data Centers.
• Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, troubleshooting, and programming with PLC or similar languages.
• Ability to work independently, manage documentation, and communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Educational background in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
