Description:

Requirements:

  • 2+ years as a Creative/Marketing Producer in IT, digital agency, or performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and propose improvements.
  • Proficient in advertising platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google) and performance marketing principles.
  • Experience in static and video production with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Russian.
