Description:

Build and deploy production-grade AI agents for ACQ Vantage to drive business outcomes.
Design, build, and ship agentic workflows that interact with internal tools and user-facing products.
Write code daily and work with modern AI tooling, focusing on reliability and practical value.

Requirements:

Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents or LLM-powered systems in production.
Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for scalable applications.
Hands-on experience with modern AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
Understanding of designing agent workflows, including tool use and orchestration.
Ability to quickly move from idea to working system with minimal oversight.
Clear communication skills for collaboration across engineering and business teams.
