Description:

Lead the evolution of AI Developer Experience to enhance software development lifecycle.
Drive evaluation, adoption, and governance of AI development tools ensuring practical and secure implementation.
Measure and improve developer actions across TypeScript/Node and Python codebases.
Own devcontainer strategy for secure and reproducible development experiences.
Maintain and improve local testing frameworks and developer-facing test infrastructure.
Contribute to CI/CD, SDLC definition, and developer onboarding.

Requirements:

7+ years of software engineering experience, focusing on developer tooling or productivity.
Deep familiarity with TypeScript/Node and Python ecosystems.
Experience with monorepo tooling (Nx or similar) and improving large codebases.
Hands-on experience with devcontainer-based development environments.
Practical experience with AI development tools and establishing standards.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
