Strong software engineering skills in Python or similar, with a focus on scalable systems.
Proven track record in designing and shipping complex agentic systems in production.
Mastery of AI frameworks, orchestration tools, and evaluation frameworks for LLM applications.
Understanding of AI safety principles and experience with RAG pipelines.
API design experience and advanced cost optimization expertise.
Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for deployments.
