Description:

Build scalable, production-grade AI systems for credit analytics and decisioning workflows.
Develop and integrate AI solutions across the credit lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, and model validation.
Create evaluation frameworks to ensure response accuracy and support human-in-the-loop review.
Operate enterprise-grade AI services focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
Implement LLMOps and GenAI operational practices, including prompt management and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and product teams to embed AI into existing platforms.
Evaluate and adopt modern orchestration frameworks and cloud-native AI tools.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
Domain experience in financial services, particularly in credit and risk analytics.
Experience in regulated environments with knowledge of data governance and model risk management.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications in production.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Familiarity with modern Generative AI frameworks.
