Seeking a skilled Senior AI Engineer to drive the development of AI-powered features at ClickUp.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to create impactful user experiences using AI and large language models (LLMs).

Requirements:

Proven experience in building and shipping AI-powered features in production environments.
Deep understanding of LLMs, AI models, and orchestration frameworks.
5+ years of backend/full-stack engineering experience, proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Familiarity with PostgresDB, MySQL, Elasticsearch, and production-ready observability.
Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
