Remote Senior AI Engineer

Description:

• Seeking a Senior AI Engineer to develop intelligent experiences for Insight Timer, the largest meditation and wellness community with over 30 million users.
• Focus on building, scaling, and operating AI systems, integrating with backend APIs, and ensuring reliability at scale.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including production systems with AI agents or LLM-based automation.
• Strong Python skills and understanding of software design principles, modular architecture, and system integration.
• Experience with backend services, APIs, and distributed workflows in production.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to design evaluation, monitoring, and feedback pipelines for system improvement.
