Description:

Deliver practical AI capabilities on top of existing engineering and operations foundation with strong guardrails for HIPAA/GxP and FedRAMP-boundary work.
Build and operate an internal AI platform for developer workflows, integrating AI capabilities into the toolchain.
Implement AI quality gates and design for regulated environments, ensuring compliance and security.
Partner with engineering leads and security/compliance to define internal standards for responsible AI use.
Measure impact and communicate progress to engineering leadership.

Requirements:

5+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, DevEx, or SRE/operations engineering, with hands-on experience applying LLMs/AI.
Experience building AI-assisted developer tooling and automated workflows.
Strong coding skills in Python plus one of Java or TypeScript.
Comfort operating in regulated environments (HIPAA, GxP, FedRAMP).
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
