Description:

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in React, Next.js, Typescript, Node, or Python.
• Proven experience in building and scaling modern web applications across the full stack.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and scalable application design.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Demonstrated product ownership mindset and ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing discussions.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving AI upskilling initiatives.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
• Advanced English communication skills.
