Requirements:

Proven experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
Strong software engineering fundamentals: architecture, API design, data modeling, asynchronous processing, testing, and debugging.
Professional experience with a modern backend ecosystem (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go, Java, .NET, PHP).
Ability to learn new technologies and work with unfamiliar codebases.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Strong skills in Docker and Docker Compose.
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to evaluate AI-generated code and make technical decisions.
