The company is undergoing a transformation to scale operations through advanced AI and software solutions in the legal services sector.
The role is for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of agentic orchestration systems, focusing on SaaS conversion and building a Deposition Agent System.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing workflows, leading SaaS product conversion, building the Deposition Agent System, integrating APIs, and providing technical guidance.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or agent-based systems.
Proven experience with agentic orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Protocols is required.
Strong coding skills in Python are essential, with the ability to use "vibe coding" tools for rapid development.
Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, and connecting multi-system environments is necessary.
Understanding of SaaS product architecture and deployment is required.
Candidates must be able to work autonomously while following high-level direction from the CTO.
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to emerging AI technologies are essential.

Compensation will be provided in USD.
