Description:

Join the Cint Technology team as a Senior Software Engineer in the methodology team, focusing on backend systems for high-volume, performance-sensitive applications.
Work on systems critical to customer experience, including recruitment and Lift, while migrating to a domain-based architecture.

Requirements:

10+ years of backend software engineering experience with strong technical depth.
Proficiency in Java (core language) and familiarity with Python, Scala, C/C++, Haskell, Elixir, Go, Ruby.
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, Big O notation, and event-driven architecture.
Experience with data processing tools (Spark, Kafka), Docker, SQL, NoSQL, REST APIs, and event-driven integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with engineers and data scientists.
Preferred academic background in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
