Description:

Join Branch as a Senior Application Security Engineer to enhance security across applications, networks, and cloud environments.
Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and lead application security assessments.

Requirements:

5–7 years of experience in security engineering or application security, preferably in fintech or high-growth startups.
Strong communication skills to convey technical risks to both engineering teams and senior leadership.
Hands-on experience with SAST/DAST tools and securing cloud-native environments.
Familiarity with API security standards and mobile application security testing is a plus.
Proficiency in scripting (Python/Bash) and knowledge of security frameworks (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, NIST CSF).
