Remote Senior Applied AI Engineer

Description:

• Build and ship production-grade GenAI features for Teamworks Hub, impacting over 6,500 sports organizations.
• Own GenAI features end-to-end, from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop reusable GenAI platform components for AI-powered features across Teamworks.
• Establish best practices for reliable GenAI systems in production.
• Make architectural decisions balancing speed, scalability, reliability, security, and cost.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and subject-matter experts to create trustworthy AI experiences.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Proven experience shipping GenAI or ML-enabled features to production.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, including backend services and APIs.
• Strong system design and architecture skills for distributed services.
• Solid data reasoning and SQL fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with production GenAI systems in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
