Description:
- Join the Agents team responsible for the platform underlying AI agents like Chloe, focusing on Voice Agents, LLM-powered chat assistants, and Custom Agents.
- Work on engineering challenges in a fast-paced environment with 11,000 paying customers, with opportunities to shift between teams and projects.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Python, with experience in Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Experience shipping impactful AI features and familiarity with retrieval, evals, tool design, and context engineering.
- Ability to use AI tools in daily workflows and a strong understanding of probabilistic outputs.
- Experience debugging incidents and working with non-deterministic systems.
- Knowledge of AI research and its practical implications.
