Remote Senior Backend Engineer, Detection

Description:

• Intuition Machines security products are utilized at scale by leaders in various industries, including the well-known hCaptcha security suite.

• As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Detection team, you will develop, support, and maintain the core hCaptcha application tools and services that detect and verify user events.
• You will collaborate closely with Security and Machine Learning engineers to build innovative features that enhance hCaptcha's capabilities using JavaScript and/or Go.
• The role involves practicing DevSecOps, managing operations around your code, including security implementations, monitoring, automation, and production systems.
• You will interact directly with enterprise customers and startups, working alongside product, customer success, and sales teams.

Requirements:

• You must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend engineering roles.
• Proven experience in building scalable solutions using JavaScript and/or Go is required.
• Expertise in Web APIs, HTTP, SSL, and database management is essential.
• A strong background in serverless and containerization architectures is necessary.
• Proficiency in network protocols and distributed systems is required.
