Requirements:

Solid backend development experience, preferably with Go.
Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, SQLite, Postgres).
Experience in delivering projects from requirements gathering to product shipping.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and performant software.
Experience mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative environment.
Enjoy tackling complex technical challenges and iterating on solutions.
