Description:

Build and integrate customer feedback into API tooling and shared services.
Create architectural foundations and distributed systems in collaboration with teams.
Work in an agile, scrum-based engineering team focused on core platform capabilities.
Advocate for and maintain API governance through collaboration and automation.
Own integrations within the API Gateway layer and service lifecycles.
Identify improvements for new and existing critical shared services.
Support platform capabilities for ClickUp's AI initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of API standards, design approaches, and integration patterns.
Knowledge of CAP Theorem and distributed systems design patterns.
High-scale experience with Postgres, MySQL, or similar relational databases.
Operational experience with Datadog, Honeycomb, OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Grafana.
Proficient in TypeScript and Golang.
Strong focus on developer experience in all builds.
