Description:
- Join the Personalization team to enhance user experience through features like Blend and Discover Weekly.
- Work within the Experimentation and Learning team to build infrastructure for testing and evaluating personalized experiences.
Requirements:
- Experience with large-scale backend systems and high-traffic user experiences.
- Proficient in distributed systems, APIs, and service-oriented architecture.
- Ability to design systems focused on performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Familiarity with SLOs, SLAs, and observability tooling.
- Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, or A/B testing infrastructure is a plus.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $165,000 - $235,000 plus equity.
