Description:
Join the engineering team responsible for the development and operation of the finanzen.net zero broker.
Work in an agile team collaborating with internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Support, and Business.
Develop the platform using Java and Spring Boot in a cloud-based environment (AWS).
Take responsibility for the platform and act as a point of contact for 3rd level support inquiries.
Monitor systems and manage daily processing from the banking system and customer order execution.
Requirements:
Several years of experience in developing and operating cloud-based backend applications with Java, Spring Boot, and REST.
Solid knowledge in trading, brokerage, and banking environments, ideally with experience in securities processing and order management.
Experience with AI tools and a genuine interest in integrating them into development processes.
Familiarity with MySQL or similar relational databases is desirable.
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style.
Methodological experience in agile processes like SCRUM/Kanban and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Strong analytical, strategic, and process-oriented thinking.
Initiative, communication, and critical skills; team player with a focus on constructive exchange.
Fluent in German (C1 level) in both spoken and written form.
