Remote Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

Description:

• Seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer for the Identity Engineering team to design, build, and operate secure identity and authorization foundations for financial workloads.
• Role involves collaboration with application engineering, platform, SRE, and external partners to ensure secure and resilient identity services.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3 years with a PhD.
• Strong experience with API Gateway platforms, particularly Kong Gateway, and securing Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Proven expertise in identity and service-to-service security, mTLS communication, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Familiarity with API security controls (OAuth2, OpenID Connect) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Ability to perform security assessments and communicate risks effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
