Description:

Responsible for laying the foundation for a best-in-class analytics function at Vanta.
Partner with engineering team and business stakeholders to ensure analytics stack meets business needs.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience working with data and 2 years in Software Engineering or related field.
Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Stitch/Fivetran, Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, dbt, Airflow, Dagster).
Good knowledge of AWS data infrastructure systems and Terraform.
System-oriented mindset with a focus on building frameworks for data management.
Deep knowledge of dimensional and fact models in modern data practices.
Passion for enhancing developer experience with data.
Desire to lead in security, anonymization, and compliance in data warehousing.
Open to using AI to improve efficiency and impact.
