Description:

Execute and support enterprise Data Governance initiatives and processes end to end.
Create and maintain governance documentation, standards, and procedures.
Perform data analysis and profiling to identify quality issues and improvement opportunities.
Assist with metadata management activities, documenting and maintaining business and technical metadata.
Leverage AI-powered tools for data classification, tagging, and compliance monitoring.
Support implementation of AI-assisted data retention and lifecycle management policies.
Validate data governance controls and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Document business definitions, data rules, and governance requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Support data stewardship activities to improve data quality across domains.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate needs into documentation.
Monitor governance activities and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Communicate governance updates and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
Approximately 3+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or related areas.
Experience with data governance platforms such as Atlan, Collibra, Alation, or similar tools.
Required experience in PII discovery and confidence scoring.
Required experience with data masking through AI agents.
Required hands-on AWS experience, including S3, Glue, and Lambda functions.
Knowledge of CoCo and Cortex is a plus.
Advanced English (written and verbal) preferred.
