Description:

  • Serve as the primary stakeholder for the performance and integrity of data environments, focusing on CloudSQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Ensure systems are optimized for cost and peak performance, driving improvements and reliability.

Requirements:

  • 3-10 years of experience as a Database Administrator in high-performance production environments.
  • Deep expertise in MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB, with experience in GCP and AWS.
  • Proven track record in query performance tuning and cloud cost reduction.
  • Extensive experience with failover clusters, replication, and backup/recovery strategies.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, and SQL languages.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call response.
