Description:

  • Join ServiceNow's SWAT team to ensure production stability of customer applications and infrastructure services.
  • Role includes on-call rotation responsibilities and requires passing a background screening.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with large scale web-based distributed applications and relational databases (especially PostgreSQL).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, Unix skills, and eagerness to learn about the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Experience with AI integration in work processes and familiarity with scripting (Python, Javascript, Ansible) preferred.
